The CareFusion Alaris Medley 8210 SpO2 Module is a pulse oximeter designed for continuous, non-invasive monitoring of functional oxygen saturation in arterial hemoglobin (SpO2) and pulse rate. Equipped with Nellcor OxiMax technology and utilizing Nellcor’s OxiMax series sensor line, the Model 8210 ensures ongoing monitoring of blood oxygen levels and pulse rates across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. The Alaris SpO2 module streamlines user interaction with a common interface, reducing training time and programming complexity for clinicians and Biomed technicians. It serves as a crucial infusion safeguard with the Guardrails Suite MX software, featuring customizable alarm limits by care area and trend data, including PCA dosing data. The Alaris 8210 seamlessly integrates into the Alaris Point of Care system and can be connected to the Alaris 8015 PCU base unit.
