Job Description: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at 360BioMedical LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and expanding our market presence.
Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation: Create and implement effective sales strategies to generate revenue and drive profit margins in both new and existing accounts within an assigned geographical territory.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, close new business deals, and convert accounts from competitors.
  3. Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum number of calls per day to company-generated leads and/or accounts, building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals.
  4. Needs Assessment: Evaluate customer needs through strategic profiling questions and present tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of 360BioMedical's products and services.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring comprehensive documentation of interactions and transactions.
  6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere rigorously to all company employment policies and safe practices.
  7. Trade Show Participation: Attend Trade Shows as assigned, representing 360BioMedical and actively engaging with potential clients.
  8. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success and growth of the sales team.

Requirements:

  1. Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  2. Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
  4. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  5. Sales Experience: Previous cold calling experience is preferred, and prior experience in medical device or phone sales is advantageous.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and industry trends.
