Cutting-edge monitoring for critical and intermediate care environments
The IntelliVue series of interconnected patient monitors empowers care teams across the hospital with essential information delivered right at the patient's side, presented in a clear and meaningful manner. Sharing a unified user interface and exceptional industrial design, the IntelliVue MP60 and MP70 patient monitors are meticulously crafted to align with the dynamic needs of adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care; anesthesia and perioperative care; as well as cardiac care settings.
Drawing on Philips' robust legacy in patient monitoring, IntelliVue boasts a highly adaptable screen configuration, an extensive menu of clinical measurements, and integrated clinical support tools such as Event Surveillance, conventional diagnostic 12-lead ECG, and multi-lead arrhythmia analysis. The system is user-friendly, operating seamlessly on a networked platform scalable across the entire hospital enterprise, and can be customized to accommodate patient acuity, department protocols, or specific procedural requirements.
IntelliVue remains versatile by being compatible with a variety of SpO2 technologies and sensors from Philips, Masimo,® and Nellcor.®
Connected Patient Monitoring and Clinical Analysis
The user interface has been reimagined to enhance the visibility of patient data, streamline usability, and improve compatibility with standard software. The Dynamic Wave area features waves that automatically adjust in size based on the configured number of waves.
Diagnostic 12-lead ECGs can be captured and reviewed at the monitor before transmission to the IntelliVue Information Center (PIIC). Bedside printing of cardiograph-style diagnostic 12-lead ECG reports is possible. With the IntelliVue Information Center iX (PIIC iX), users can review 12-lead interpretations and previous 12-lead ECGs directly at the bedside and trigger 12-lead export to an ECG archive.
Each non-invasive blood pressure (NBP) measurement generates a column in the vital signs trend table. Additional measurements contribute to a comprehensive vital signs dataset for the NBP measurement time, offering a more holistic picture. The Smart Alarm Delay algorithm is a valuable addition, reducing the occurrence of pulse oximetry nuisance alarms and allowing users to focus attention where needed.
Added Features
The 'Smart' prioritization of patient information uses Portal technology with the Philips Tunneling Control Engine to prioritize physiologic measurements, monitoring information, and alarm notifications, irrespective of network traffic. This ensures uninterrupted patient monitoring, minimizing the risk of system overload or additional network connections.
Touchscreen operation, available on MP70 only, simplifies many functions with one-touch commands. The SpeedPoint operation, designed for easy information input and onscreen navigation (optional on MP70), further enhances user experience.
Customized viewing options enable data analysis in graphical or numerical formats, allowing users to juxtapose real-time measurements and trended data and organize onscreen elements according to preference. IntelliVue comes with 10 preset screen configurations.
The 38cm (15") color XGA monitor display with 4, 6, or 8* waveforms is bright and easy to read. Notably, IntelliVue is designed without a separate hard drive and fan, making it space-saving, quiet, stable, and quick to start.
